Hach recognizes that our customers have a desire to learn to use Hach WIMS more effectively.  We have taken many of the recommendations from the users who attended our first annual conference last year and updated the program to expand to three days, adjusted times, and added many of the requested sessions.  This three-day event will provide a valuable opportunity to offer advice and receive solutions from other professionals in our water and wastewater community.

Registration Information

Please use the link below to register for the event and your hotel arrangements. You will need to register for each individually. For event registration, click on the “Register for Event” button below to register attendee and/or guest.  Once you have linked to that event registration page, please click on the “See Schedule” button on the top left corner of the event page to begin the registration process.

Hach invoices training / conference attendance on actual services rendered.  You will not be invoiced until after you check in at the registration desk on the first day of the conference.  If you register for the conference and are not able to attend, please email Pam Moss at pmoss@hach.com, so that we can remove you from the list and adjust our guarantees to the hotel.

For hotel reservations, you will need to provide a credit card to guarantee your room.  Your credit card will also be used for any incidentals (such as movie, room service) or any extra nights.  Hach will move the charges for the four nights for the conference to our Master Account before you check out.

Additional Notes:

• - Airfare and ground transportation to/from the conference hotel are not included.

• - Embassy Suites will extend same room rate 2 days prior to event or 2 days after event based on availability. Attendee will be responsible for any incidentals as well as any extra nights outside the four-night room block.
