The major operational issues of today’s desalination facilities involve day-to-day monitoring of the complete process and careful preventive maintenance. The addition of online monitoring technology helps protect the RO process and the production of high quality, safe water.
When a global engineering company had a large desalination project in the Middle East, Hach®, through its Belgian division, was tasked with providing a turnkey monitoring solution for water quality.  海水淡化設備設施的主要營運牽涉到整個水處理過程的日常監控和仔細的預防性維護。 裝置線上監測科技設備有助於保護逆滲透過程和優質安全水質的生產。某家全球工程公司於中東地區有一大型海水淡化專案，Hach比利時團隊為此水質監控需求部分提供了一站式監控解決方案。

Solution 解決方案
Hach inhouse engineers designed a weather and corrosion resistant AnaShell analytical shelter. With dimensions of 2 m x 6 m (WxD) sufficient space was provided for multiple analysers, turbidimeters and probes to monitor the requested parameters.  Before delivery the entire shelter and its components underwent a factory acceptance test (FAT) for instant and sustainable operational reliability on site.  Hach內部工程師規劃設計了一個耐天候和耐腐蝕的水質監測站，提供足夠的空間來放置多個線上監測儀、濁度分析儀和感測器以監測所需水質參數。在結案交件前，整個水質監測站及其零件都通過了工廠驗收測試 (FAT)，以確保此監測站在目前以及未來永續運作的可靠度。

In the early stages of a project, a concept drawing is created, and detailed drawings are developed from this.
After the FAT the final documentation includes electrical drawings, 2D mechanical drawings, and P&ID drawings.
