The CDC745 has a screw cap connection and requires the CL136 cable (part no. A94L136) for compatibility with Radiometer Analytical CDM210/230/92 conductivity meters or the CL143 cable (part no. A94L143) for compatibilty with Hach sensION+ benchtop conductivity meters.
