Phosphax sigma - the P-analyzer for in-house measurement with digestion 配備消解裝置
The process photometer is designed for determination of the total phosphorus content and the orthophosphate concentration (0.01-5 mg/L). Analysis is based on the DIN EN ISO 6878 Phosphormolybdenum blue method.
Polyphosphates and some organic phosphorus compounds are hydrolyzed to orthophosphate by boiling in strong acid solution, and stable phosphorus compounds are reacted by sodium peroxydisulphate. The chemo-thermic reaction principle ensures complete breakdown within a few minutes. The measured values are indicated via a liquid crystal display (graphics display) as mg/l total P and mg/l orthophosphate. Solid-containing samples must be homogenized before entering the process photometer. 化學熱反應原理得以在幾分鐘內完全分解。測量數據透過液晶顯示螢幕（圖形顯示）以 mg/l 總磷和 mg/l 正磷酸鹽的單位顯示。含固體的水樣須先進行均質處理。

根據 EN 1189 標準，採用鉬藍法高準確度偵測水中總磷和正磷酸鹽濃度。僅需10分鐘左右。配備樣品預處理系統及防護面板，自動校正自動清洗，可以圖形或資料顯示監測結果。
